Indoor Summer Camp

Jack Keller, RiverWinds’ Head Tennis Professional and 2016 USTA Teaching Pro of the Year, will once again be leading the charge at our premier indoor tennis camp.  Come join us at our state of the art, indoor, air conditioned facility beginning 6/21 for our week long camps that will run throughout the summer.  Children from the ages of 6-18 will be welcome from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm to work on technique, mechanics, competition, footwork, sportsmanship, teamwork and FUN!

Available Sessions  5 Days: Monday – Friday Camp Notes
Week 1: June 21st – June 25th All Session 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Week 2: June 28th – July 2nd Register for as many weeks as desired.
Week 3: July 6th – July 9th** **Session will be 8:15 am – 12:00 pm to account for the holiday
Week 4: July 12th – July 16th Member Discount Available
Week 5: July 19th – July 23rd Lunch will not be provided
Week 6: July 26th – July 30th
Week 7: August 2nd – August 6th
Week 8 August 9th – August 13th

Summer Tennis at Atkinson

RiverWinds Tennis in partnership with James G Atkinson Memorial Park [Washington Twp., Gloucester Co.], is proud to offer youth and adult tennis lessons and match play throughout the summer.

Available Sessions  Group Level Times
6-10 years old 9:00am – 10:30am
Session 1: July 6th – 15th 11-15 years old 10:30am  – 12:00pm
Session 2: July 19th – July 29th High School Drill & Play 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Session 3: August 2nd – 12th Adults 3.0-3.5 Level 8:00pm – 9:30pm (Mon. & Wed.)
Session 4: August 16th – 26th Adults 4.0-4.5 Level 8:00pm – 9:30pm (Tues. & Thurs.)

Summer Tennis at Harrison Twp.

RiverWinds Tennis in partnership with Harrison Township Recreation Department [Mullica Hill, Gloucester Co.], is proud to offer youth tennis lessons throughout the summer at Ella Harris Park.

Junior Beginner: A 1.5 hour class, learning the basic techniques of forehands, backhands, serves, volleys and overheads. The pros will also work with balance, footwork, sportsmanship and teamwork.

Junior Intermediate – A 1.5 hour class working on stroke production and the necessary repetition. Games will be introduced along with the scoring system.  Sportsmanship and teamwork will be emphasized.
